LIST OF REQUIREMENTS

Proof of Identity:

• 3 pcs. 2x2 pictures ( buyers and spouse)
• Photocopy of 2 Valid Government ID's ( buyer and spouse if married, sign 3 times on the side)
• Photocopy of passport ( if OFW, include recent entries)
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate ( if single)
• Photocopy of Marriage of Contract (if married)
• TIN number
• Proof of Billing ( Meralco, Maynilad, or other utilities)
• Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate ( Cedula of Buyer and spouse if married)

Proof of Income:

• Photocopy of Job Contract ( if OFW)
• Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation ( Consularized if OFW)
• Latest 3 months payslip or proof of remittances
• Income  Tax Return (ITR if locally employed)

Others:

• Post-Dated Checks of Downpayment
• Signed developer documents
• SPA Form ( if needed) - needs to be consularized if buyer spouse was not in the country
